By downloading or using Smart Printer & PDF Suite ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
3. Subscriptions & Purchases
- The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions (weekly and yearly plans).
- Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account.
- Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
- A free trial, if offered, begins at the start of the subscription period. Unused trial time is forfeited upon purchase.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the App to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
- Print or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the App
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all printers or devices.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
